“Long story long: My fiance and I decided to move to Savannah, Georgia (where we met!) from out of state. After browsing homes on our own for several months, and spending a significant amount of money flying down to Georgia to visit homes we thought were a perfect fit (which were horrible), we found Nicolette.
She was with us every step of the way as we negotiated the offer. It took all weekend (she was available constantly) and we went back and forth about 5 times. We flew down the day after new years after our offer was accepted. The home is a historical cottage in parkside built in 1939 so it came with character and (a lot of) challenges. She had referrals at the home to quote out everything we needed with estimates turned around in under 5 days (short due diligence). She walked through with us pointing out what we didn't see or notice. And were not surprised about a single aspect of the home when we did see it (she was that upfront and detail orientated). She actually has a degree in interior design that is absurdly helpful as we went thought through the restorations we would want to do.
